The project, created in Çatalca district of Menderes, Izmir, consists of 2 detached villas, 1 housekeeper's house, 1 guest house, 1 swimming pool, open and closed sports sites, and a large lawn.

At the first stage of this project design, our primary goal was to align the terrain slope, providing positive opportunities for both structure positioning and placement of greenery. The status plan, which is created with the idea of interaction of all structures with one another, also considers privacy as one of the primary needs.

The large and transparent corridor-gallery gap, created in the accommodation units to benefit from daylight, also created a bridge within the structure. Designed to meet the needs of a large family, each villa consists of 5 bedrooms and has all the necessary facilities in it.

Open and closed sports sites have also been constructed with the consideration of different levels due to the slope structure. Our idea was to locate the structures in a way that doesn't destroy the harmony with nature.
